Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancelation or intent to reschedule is required in NO LESS than 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the full amount. Deposits are non refundable. Horses are required to be clean, conditioned and dry prior to our arrival. Horses that are found to be dirty, full of sand or otherwise will be deemed unsuitable for clipping and will either have to be rescheduled for an additional fee or will be considered a last minute cancelation and our cancelation policy will be enforced. **This is set in place to avoid discomfort or health issues to the equine and damage to our equipment.
